NX-806 is planned as a horizontally driven residence where clean lines, open volumes, and layered levels define the spatial rhythm. The layout flows effortlessly between formal and informal zones while still maintaining privacy for every family member. Tropical greens soften the bold geometry, creating a calming transition from outdoors to indoors. A long runway-style driveway leads to the entrance, giving the home an immediate sense of grandeur. Double-height volumes add vertical drama to the horizontal form, making the spaces feel open, airy, and visually connected throughout.
The concept of NX-806 is rooted in neo-futurism, bold geometry, clean minimalism, and striking cantilevers that create a sense of floating architecture.
